Senior Manager, Dexterous Manipulation

Andrew Beaulieu is senior manager of the Dexterous Manipulation team within the Robotics division at Toyota Research Institute (TRI). He specializes in sensory, interfaces, and actuation, but typically covers the breadth of a full robotics "stack": from hardware, electrical, and firmware development to integration and algorithmic software.

Andrew has been with TRI since 2018, before which he was the electronics engineering manager and lead, creating “the first social robot for the home," Jibo. Prior to this, Andrew was working as a part of iRobot's Research and Advanced Systems and Technologies groups to create new robotics technologies and capabilities.
