Dr. Jehan Sparks is a senior applied behavioral scientist in the Human-Centered AI division at Toyota Research Institute (TRI). She is passionate about using research to drive product development and strategy aimed at solving social problems.

Prior to TRI, Dr. Sparks was a senior UX researcher at Meta, working on building safer spaces for teenagers on Instagram and delivering more value to SMB advertisers across Meta products. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics-philosophy from Columbia University, master's degrees in economics and psychology from University of California, Davis, and a Ph.D. degree in social psychology from University of California, Davis.
