Kent Lyons is a Staff Research Scientist and the Technical Lead for MAC. He works with the team to transform the MAC research vision into specific research questions, experiments and prototypes.

More broadly, Kent’s work focuses on creating novel interactive technologies spanning mobile, wearable and AI. His career has been in industrial research while also spending time both on product and in academia. He received a Ph.D. in computer science (specializing in HCI) and a minor in business from Georgia Tech.
